you can make an informed judgment about the quality of the

are more assured the Offer amount will hold up under
scrutiny barring any unforeseen aspects. It's a win/win for
both Seller and Investor and we make the experience smooth

Diligence phase and close escrow within 30 days or
sooner

Should your review
during the 30 day Due Diligence period find something
unacceptable, you have three options:

Contact the
Seller to decrease the Offer, or
-
Contact the
Seller to fix a minor problem, or
-
Contact the
Seller to void the sale AND
-
Contact
Mortgage Note Buyers regarding any of the above

Our Investors pay our Fee and all closing costs.
