  • Contact the Seller to decrease the Offer, or

  • Contact the Seller to fix a minor problem, or

  • Contact the Seller to void the sale AND

  • Contact Mortgage Note Buyers regarding any of the above

• Our Investors pay our Fee and all closing costs.
